Shipping rates & delivery times: Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight. Estimated delivery time is 5-10 business days for domestic orders once shipped. 

Order tracking: Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email. Please allow 24-48 hours for tracking information to update.

International orders: We ship to select international destinations. Delivery times vary by location, and customers are responsible for any customs duties or import taxes.

Damaged items: If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage, and we'll arrange a replacement or refund.
